Being a teenager

"Being a teenager is hard, harder than some can imagine, harder that some can remember. It’s those years you’ll never forget though you sometimes wish you could wipe them away. They seem to last forever, but when you look back, they went by so fast. Being a teenager is falling in love too fast, and too hard, talking for hours on the phone to your best friends, being talked about and talking about others. It’s being guilty when you’re innocent, it’s standing out and fitting in. It’s when you have a million questions that will never be answered. Being teenager isn’t something you can really describe, unless you’re living it at the time. It’s dealing with life when it crashes on you, and trying your hardest to live through it. Everyone has their tough times. Everyone goes through something , but being a teenager, that when you feel everything at once. When you’re in love, you’re really in love, when you hate someone, you despise them, when you’re lonely, you’re miserable. Being a teenager is something you always have to go through, and it’s the best and worst years of your life. Being a teenager isn’t anything-it’s everything. It isn’t a big deal-it’s a HUGE deal. And while you’re being a teenager, you ought to live it up, because this is the one chance. The one time, you’ll be young, and free, and careless, and teenagers usually are."

"As you grow up, you learn that the one person, that was never supposed to bring you down, probably will. You will have your heart broken more than once, and everytime, it gets harder. You might break hearts too, so remember what it felt like, when yours was broken. You’ll fight with your bestfriend. You’ll blame a new love, for what an old one did. You’ll cry because time is passing too fast, and you’ll probably lose someone you love. So take so many pictures, laugh too much, and love like you’ve never been hurt. Because is very sixty seconds you spend upset, is a minute of happiness you can’t get back."

"Someday, we’ll forget the hurt, the reason we cried and who caused us pain. We will finally realize that the secret of being free is not revenge, but letting things unfold in their own way and own time. After all, what matters is not the first, but the last chapter of our life which shows how well we ran the race. So smile, laugh, forgive, believe, and love all over again."
